Story:
Little Felix was attacked by a raccoon two days ago, and needed specialist surgery at Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital to pin together bones in his leg that had been crushed by a tooth.

He is doing well, but his surgery and hospitalization costs are adding up. If you are able to donate, you may do so at TinyKittens.com/donate with our extreme gratitude.

Immediately after witnessing the attack, his distraught family reached out to us for advice. After many tear-filled family discussions, they remained concerned they would not be able to keep their clever little door-dasher safe if he came home to them after his surgery. They are heartbroken, and we want to recognize the difficulty and the love in their decision to prioritize Felix's safety over all else.

We were happy to welcome Felix into our care, and are expecting him to be discharged later today. He has a challenging recovery ahead, but his prognosis is good!

We are hoping to construct a recovery enclosure for him in the Ravine kittens' room so he has some company, so tune into our livestream at TinyKittens.com/live later today.
