Kestral was born at our feral cat colony, but was taken in by a neighbor from time to time. When the neighbors had to unexpectedly move, they were scrambling to find somewhere safe for her to live. The property owner called me, and I brought her in. Because of the time of year, we did an ultrasound to rule out pregnancy. Luckily for her, it came back negative and we were able to spay her and put her up for adoption as soon as she recovered. We are all smitten with her and will miss her, but are so excited for her to get the furry tail ending she deserves!
